Lunch Arrangement:

Lunch will be provided on site for those who have paid the registration fee.

Tea Refreshments:

During coffee breaks, refreshments will be served to the conference participants. Also, coffee and tea will be offered for the entirety of the event at a location readily accessible for the attendees.

Student Best Presentation Award and Best Poster Award:

We will offer PSHK Best Student Presentation Awards and PSHK Best Student Poster Awards. The first prize respectively carries HK$3,000- and HK$500 (in terms of book vouchers). Book prizes will be given to runners up. A PSHK certificate will also be issued to each winner.

Eligibility:

Any postgraduate student studying any physics-related discipline in Hong Kong who is selected to give a talk or presents a poster is eligible to be considered for these prizes.
