(Note: In celebration of the Interantional Year of Quantum Science and Technology 2025, 2025 APS March Meeting will be held in conjunction with the April meeting, named as APS Global Physics Summit, which will become the largest physics conference in the world. You only need to pay the registration fee of MM2025HK, and virtual attendance of MM2025 will be automatically included. Moreover, you can come to Hong Kong to participate in the offline conference and have academic exchanges with colleagues internationally. Compared with the online participation on your own on the APS official channels, through the cooperation with APS, MM2025HK provides you with a very favorable price:

At the same time, some of the presentations will be broadcast live on the virtual platform of MM2025. For all submissions, we will also arrange an offline oral presentation or poster presentation to ensure your in-person attendance experience.

 

Details are as follows.

 

1. MM2025HK

The Physical Society of Hong Kong and the APS have arranged to host the Hong Kong Satellite Conference (MM2025HK) of the APS March Meeting from 16 to 21 March 2025. Some of the presentations at the Hong Kong venue can be livestreamed to the APS March Conference (MM2025) online platform at the same time, and attendees can watch the online presentations at the APS main venue remotely. For researchers who are unable to attend the conference in person in United States for various reasons, our conference will provide a valuable platform to present their research results and engage in academic exchanges with international partners.

 

 

2. Abstract submissions are now being accepted

*MM2025HK is now accepting abstract submissions *

There are three ways you can join our conference:

·  Oral presentation: will provide you with an opportunity to present your research in front of conference attendees

·  Poster Presentation: Your abstract will be displayed in the poster area of the conference venue for viewing and viewing by conference attendees

·  Participant: You do not have to present in order to participate in MM2025HK. You may join virtually MM2025 and listen to presentations from physics researchers worldwide, while interact with MM2025HK attendees offline.

*Please note: Selected presentations will be selected for broadcast to the APS March Meeting in United States for global viewing.

*For Early Bird and Regular Registrations, we can gurantee Virtual attendance of MM2025, a value of at least US$ 604 for Staff and US$ 218 for students. We cannot gurantee such benefit for late registrations.

*Refund can be made by writing before the end of the regular registration date  and the refunded amount will be 50% of the paid fee.
