Conference Registration

Your privacy is important to us. All the information you provide for the purposes of registration will be kept strictly confidential and will in general not be disclosed to any third parties without your prior consent.

Upon paying the registration fee, participants who are not PSHK members will be granted one-year PSHK membership without any additional charge.

Registration Payment

• All payments have to be made in Hong Kong dollars (HK$).
• Cheques, bank transfers and cash payments are all allowed.

Cash or a cheque or pay-in slip of bank transfer for the relevant exact amount for the registration fee can be made at the registration desk on the Friday and Saturday mornings.

Cheques should be made payable to: "Physical Society of Hong Kong".

Official receipt

Receipt with official chops will be issued upon request on-site.

Badges

All the conference attendees, including the speakers, must check in at the registration desk at the start of the conference, where and when a conference badge will be provided. Once the badge is received, every attendee must wear his/her official badge for the entirety of the conference in order to gain access to the sessions, and for identification purposes.
